Came here during restaurant week. Got a three course meal for $20. It included a ceviche with chips appetizer, a prime rib entree, and an apple betty for dessert. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the meal. The ceviche had a nice kick to it and tasted pretty fresh. The prime rib was decent, but I've had better. The apple betty was lackluster and felt like it needed a crust instead of just baked apples with crumble topping. Yet for $20, it was a pretty good deal.

Service was decent, but the restaurant overall seemed a bit dark. We did, however, get good seats that overlooked the harbor.

Also, each month, on a specific day, they will give out free prime rib dinners to all customers whose birthdays occur in said month. It used to be free with reservation, but now I believe you must purchase something to get the prime rib (ie: a drink). Still, not a bad deal though.
