My family and I stayed Dec. 29th-30th and my son woke up with bed bug bites all over his neck and chest. My face has also bites. Will never stay here again. We have never had an issue with hotels since we travel monthly. And this was unfortunate. The manager said this happens all the time and that he was going to call someone inspect the room. Was a tad rude and this was sad since I was completely nice.
