You order, you pay and then you paid for something that they actually do not have.

If you are out of stock, do not have it available to buy in your webshop.

Days later they called to ask if I would like to buy the same product but with packing, but obv for a higher price.

No Scan, I would prefer the price I already paid and the product I selected in you webshop. It should be mine as I did buy it and pay for it.
