Really expected more. The hotel atmosphere is one of luxury and has one of the best locations in Cherry Creek, but it has a number of problems by my standards and measures which is same for all hotels.
Problems are: 1. Temperature in room during day in room is 74 F lowest it gets and 63 F out of the one small vent for a very big room. At night 70F in room and 59F out vent. 2. There is no premium internet service and even though has 194mbs down and 182mbs up it does hang on streaming at times and also dropped connection twice in 2 days and had to login again. 3. There are limited amenities no pool or hot tub 4. Came back from concert at close to 12:30 AM and were vagrants inside drinking out of the free water station in front of the check in desk and no employees around which is a big security issue. 5. Most of my stay noise was good until checkout day when group checked into adjoining room. Sounded like they were in my room. 6. Milk in the Concierge lounge was hot and sour. They should use milk in containers the refrigerator like any Fairfield or Marriott does. Also, eggs were left out too long and had dark tint to them. 7. Suite upgrade ignored, but did get nice top level room with good views. 8. No digital key issued. 9. Key to Concierge Lounge did not work and had to go to front desk to replace it.

I am sure glad Marriott bought SPG because the Westin at DIA is a good example of what this hotel needs to aspire to. Has none of the problems listed above and is perfect in ever way. The only reason this hotel did not get lower rating is it's location. Cannot beat that in Cherry Creek. Overall think if you have to be in Cherry Creek is good option, but overall I would not recommend it for the price.
