Elite Smart Care Solutions " I don't know Its good company or not.I apply for the post of dot net developer at jarvics technolgy through.I recieve a call from jarvics technolgies for interview. When I come for interview company's HR Miss sakshi give my Hr round. & between hr round they
can't give me any question from hr round.They simply say our sir is not come to office.So they will give my interview by call. But i can't give a call from company.Finally I recieve a msg from hr department "Your cv is not selected"

I thinks there is no no senior who can give the interview, no dotnet developer, only freshers, no live projects,no BDE

Advice to management to hire seniors developers

I have good experience with elite smart care solutions.Their is a good working environment. it gives me opportunity to establish myself.
