We just moved into a building downtown and were thinking of doing some renovations so naturally we called strata to go about filling up paperwork etc etc. In the beginning I was getting replies from her but after the first couple emails I'll just say the service has been non existent I emailed Jaclyn Jeffrey's multiple times and left multiple voice messages asking to see if she's received our forms that were sent because we have a construction crew waiting for our eta on whether to start or take another job first. So i got so fedup of waiting after a week goes by with not a word I called again today and again I got her voice mail even though the receptionist said she's in the office so I call again and complained to reception and they finally tracked her down for me and she picks up so I ask her if she got the emails and voice messages and the forms which were filled out and she says no that she's been having a problem with her email and of course she says nothing of all the voice mails I've left her but what really got to me was no apologies no "sorry for your inconvenience" I actually heard a frustrated tone from her end by the end of the phone call!! Rude!!! And she asked me to send it again by email!! The very email she's been having a problem with?!? And then she goes into saying how I'm supposed to present it to council which happens four times a month which she said nothing of at the beginning she just said to fill out forms! Unbelievable I can't believe we're paying these clowns every month to ignore us! Does anybody know how to get them fired and hire a new strata management firm? I will definitely find out at the next meeting.
