the front curb is very accessible to essentially any car you'd be driving in this region of the USA. so, great first impression. the staff was initially very nice, but that quickly changed when I asked a kind fellow for help. He was EXTRA nice, and super helpful with my search for a bike. so, second impression was even better. there was even a nice sale! I got a bike and a helmet at a great price (great third impression) There's even a little jump and rocky area outside to test your mountain bike on. Four great impressions.
