Terrible service, called for a cab to the airport ...

Terrible service, called for a cab to the airport and to start things off dispatcher could barely speak or comprehend english. After over 10 minutes of trying to get my info she says a car would arrive in 10-15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I call to get a status update & dispatcher says "if the car doesn't arrive within 15 minutes call back". Fifteen minutes later driver calls & says "I'll be there in 20 minutes", then arrives 35 minutes later. Needless to say I missed my flight & had to sit in the airport for 2 hours for next available flight.
