I was interested in purchasing a Subaru Outback because my friend had recommended for me to check out Subaru since he loves his new Impreza so much. It wasn't long after a little research that it was a no brainer lol. I went to Young Subaru and I was very surprised how nice and pleasant their staff was to me. I met my salesman Clayton Sunley and he was so helpful and friendly almost as if he was a friend that I had known for years. He wasn't pushy at all like I expected him to be. He helped me pick out exactly which sub model Outback with the accessories I wanted! Aaand they even had my first color choice in stock! :) We went for a test drive and he told me about all his Subarus he owned and I was very impressed with how much he knew about them. It was just a great experience. When we went back we discussed price which I already had an idea of what I was looking for (I'm kind of a haggler lol) ;) but this time it really wasn't needed. My favorite part of the whole experience was that everything that I was paying for was laid out for me and it wasn't rushed. I know I didn't get ripped off like what you commonly think of a car dealership. Everyone I met was super friendly and helpful! Now I just hit 3,000 miles on my Outback and I CAN NOT be happier with my purchase! :) Now I'm a Subaru buyer for life and I actually love and enjoy the car I'm driving now. For the first time I feel a connection to this car. Normally you only hear people making negative reviews about goods and services but I'm so happy that I just had to share my experience with you guys! I would definitely recommend Young Subaru and Clayton Sunley to anyone interested in a Subaru! :)
