If you enjoy living under a socialist regime, you'll love this place. Constant threats of what you can and can not do. After one year I'm finally out. Rent is high for what you get. I travel a lot with my job. During my one year lease, I probably spent maybe 60 - 90 nights there. Don't look to get your deposit back or minimal amount at best. My apartment was very clean. I was charged an extra hour cleaning for $75 and $50 for new stove burner plates. The sad thing is that I used the stove <10 times to boil water. Since I was hardly ever there, I ate out most of the time. This place will do anything in it's power (which they are good at) to nickel and dime you to death. Don't make a mistake and call the office for anything because you will probably just get upset. Horrible place and thankful I found a nicer apartment with great landlords for about $400 less per month.
