Interesting location.

Dealership is right on Independence. (If you aren't familiar with Independence, it is a highway.) The entrance is literally on the highway. Slow down and turn in. I thought that was interesting.

I met with Gene and Ian in used cars. The used car showroom feels uncomfortable to me. Everything is locked down or behind secured doors. The sales manager (Gene) and some other staff are inside a secured glass enclosure. Again, I am sure this is "Chevrolet approved". It just is off putting as a customer. It made me wonder am I in an unsafe area? Or why all the "level 9" security??

Ian treated me professionally and courteously. The three stars were totally earned by him.

Anyway, as far as deal making we ended up thousands of dollars apart. So I went to another dealer to put a deal together.
