This week, on Monday, I received an invitation for a event at this Hotel. I was busy working, and I decided to make the reservation by phone, a lady told me that they have a room for the day I need and I asked for the price, per night, she told me it was $87.00 dollars, so I did the reservation and she told me she will send me the confirmation by email, and I didn t received her confirmation. Anyway, I was counting with the room and I left Orlando at 2 pm to be there around 5 and attend to the event at 6 pm, then return next day to Orlando at 5 am since I got to work at 9 am. So, no time for distraction, no time for nothing. I got the room, the hall smell was horrible, the just painted it and it was very strong smell, the bathroom have the tile broke, and when I finally went to check my credit card, they charge me almost $400.00 dollars per one night. I was really surprised and disappointed. So, normally, I will not complain about small bad things, but this time I need to complaint because by phone they told me almost $90.00 dollars and then, they charge me almost $400.00 dollars. I called from the room to the receptionist and they told me, sorry but that is what it is, and that is it! Crazyyyyyyy what this big corporations can do and we the people have no one to defend us.
