If I could give the poor excuse of a medical facility a negative five star, I would. We were told to bring our child to AMC by the nurse line as her condition was dire and while there we waited until close to seven hours to see a neurologist - albeit a resident, who dismissed everything we said. Upon shift change, I had the pleasure of watching a nurse face timing her daughter and a second nurse swearing like a sailor. A great children's hospital that is for sure! Our child then was transferred to a regular bed and based on prior notes another resident made the decision that the condition was caused by behavior and sent her home. The neurologist on call also dismissed everything my wife said. If AMC is my life line - thanks but no thanks, send me to a real hospital.
