I had an ordeal getting this desk shipped. FedEx dropped the ball and lost my package. After attempting to work with FedEx to locate my package, I finally decided to reach out to customer support. They very quickly shipped a replacement set of legs. I had one other issue with a few of the treads on one of the legs and again the same customer support individual was there to assist and just reinforce my decision to make this purchase. Thank you Abigail Villegas, I know you likely deal with a lot of different issues. I truly felt that you really had empathy for the snags I ran into along the journey to a complete standing desk. You are a solid human being and I don't regret making this purchase.
