This company is a scam! Took 2 weeks of being fobbed off before I requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund. This was ignored and I asked again. Three days later I recieve an email saying the phone will be dispatched the next day and took a total of three weeks to receive a phone I said I didn't want anymore. It was packed poorly, the phone in a simple jiffy bag with a bit of cardboard wrapped round it the size of a CD case. No surprise that when it was opened we found it was badly smashed on the top corner. We were told they would arrange collection immediately and they came a week later and we have been awaiting a refund ever since. The last communication was that they were waiting for the courier investigation before they could even proceed. They don't answer the phone and always a 2-3 day delay in answering emails which is always just another message delaying any conclusion and refund. It is as if they are holding my money in case they don't get any compensation from the courier to cover their loss. This should be a simple process and it has turned into a nightmare DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Highly recommend 4gadgets if you want a used phone and great customer service as had to go to these in the end or would have still been without a phone.
