My wife and I initially contacted Tayla via the internet as we wanted information on potentially trading in our Miata Club for a Miata RF. We were interested in seeing the different between the hard top and the soft top. We set up an appointment to visit the dealership. Although we did not purchase the Miata, our salesman Greg was very patient as we took most of the day looking at and driving/discussing other models. We ended up purchasing a 6. The process was easy and low key. I would go back to this dealership anytime.

Edit: We received what we thought was a nice thank you note from our Sales Rep, Greg. No, to our surprise, it was a thank you card, with no thank you. Rather, it was an invoice for $58.00. They didn't figure our sales tax correctly. So, even though I have a signed contract and paid the contract, they wanted me to send them another lousy $58.00. Nice way to taint a relationship.
