This review is based on my experience with Christopher Collins. Beware of Chris Collins at Essex Mortgage. He is (in my opinion), rude, unprofessional, and sketchy in his business practice; lack of communication, changing of terms, and to top it all off very rude and unprofessional text messages when I decided not to go with him on a re-fi. I have never, ever experienced someone at petty as Chris Collins when I asked him to leave me alone. I could go on but I think the point is made. I would be concerned about dealing with any company that allows someone like Chris Collins to work for them.
