I contacted TLC with an abundance of plumbing and electrical needs.. two full work days of non stop work s worth. Jay rounded up the troops and between electrical and plumbing they got it all done in only two days. Jason from plumbing was professional, courteous and explained everything each step of the way. He went above and beyond in kindness and customer service.
Enrique in electrical followed suit to the letter. He even put shoe covers on before entering my home after being in the mud. He had a new technician with him learning and he was also very professional, polite and pleasant. I will not hesitate to call on any TLC team member for any of the needs they service. The parts and appliances are of the highest quality, something I haven t seen in a very long time.
