Mateo & Max from the preowned department are nothing but liars, my brother in law and I Abimael Rosado, went to purchase a Porsche Panamera, the car had a broken button for the AC Unit, told us they had already order it and will have it install at no cost. But after a few weeks they told us they WILL NOT BUY THE button because it was too expensive! Wasted my time of going 5 times to the dealer always with different story. We currently have a lease on a Gs 460 can't wait to turn it back in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY FROM MAX & MATEO. We are escalating this matter to upper management at their main building. Will never again buy a new or used car from Lexus of Englewood. Save your time & money go somewhere else.
