My daughter had a CT scan done and then needed a copy of it for an outside doc. Took 3-1/2 weeks and many phone calls to get the CD mailed to our doc. They never return voicemails and rarely answer the phone. When they do the service couldn't be worse. I was put on hold for 20 minutes once and called the receptionist from another phone and she answered. She didn't even know I was on hold. I would never recommend this facility or it's staff.
