I took the car here to get a tire change. I waited...

I took the car here to get a tire change. I waited two hours to be told they've only just found the puncture - a 1inch (really obvious!) gash in the tire. Told to wait another 20mins for the tire to be changed, who knows how much longer I'll have to wait. Oh, and that's with an appointment. I definitely don't recommend this place unless you want to spend your life sat in a waiting room.
