Terrible customer service. They will not let you talk to a supervisor. They will only transfer you to another incompetent person. They can't fix simple problems. It's a nightmare. Use VRBO or home away. I have had multiple listings for several years and have A+ rating and a superhisr. They got my account all screwed up and deleted all my listings. I've called corporate office a million times and I keep getting some customer service that refuses to forward me to the corporate headquarters. I've asked for supervisor after supervisor no one will call me back it's been days and I'm missing out on all my bookings and now the people that have booked are calling me non-stop wanting to know the issues so I have to refer them to HomeAway and the other websites. Airbnb was great in the beginning but now it's a complete joke and a nightmare. They too have waited weeks before releasing payments to my account. Do not use them I would highly recommend the other companies such as HomeAway and VRBO.
