Called and told insisted I needed a recall I knew didn t apply to me. I asked them to check the VIN number several times and they insisted the recall applied to my car and it was urgent.

My father was visiting from out of state and I was at work. As soon as he took the car in they told him the recall and didn t to my car after checking the VIN and mislead him into trying to authorize almost $1000 of service I didn t need. Luckily called and escaped with an unneeded oil change.

I ll never get my car serviced or go near this place again.
