They never answered the damn phone..this is sooo shameful..go back to kinshasa if you don't know how to deal with the American system..these people have.no sense of urgency amd their forgetting that people already Purchase. Their flight ticket...if you can't answer the phone ..hire me to answer the phone and customers service for you..stupid
