Roller skating is awesome, but being surrounded by a ton of people as you skate isn't, but stepping into 1983 is awesome, but being yelled at by militant skater refs is not, but listening to a semi-competant DJ while skating is cool, but jacking up concessions for overpriced carnival food isn't, but seeing little kids learn to skate and go nuts while doing the hokey pokey on skates is! So lots to love and plenty to hate.
