Regular service at this dealership is usually completed satisfactory. Like most dealerships these days they make as much money as they can charging ridiculous prices for having these items completed. They know that many people will have the dealer suggested maintenance done with out questions. 80% of the work appears to be looking at belts, hoses, tires, etc. Not really replacing much. I was recently presented with suggested maintenance needed on my Odyssey van totaling ~$2400. I took it to a private mechanic who uses only OEM parts and who use to work in a Honda dealership. I had everything done that was on the Honda dealership inspection and more completed for ~ $1200. Now please explain how I can get the same work done for half the price. It s called markup. Again these dealerships know many people will just accept these crazy prices they are paying without question.
