Scheduling was a mess. I called on a Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday of the next week. Instead, on the Wednesday the day after making the appointment I received an e-mail that I had missed my appointment--which wasn't for another week. I called to straighten out the problem. I received a confirmation e-mail. The date was correct, but the time was not. When I left the car I mentioned problems with the key fob. The clerk said he had not heard of that problem before. Perhaps the battery was low, and he would ask the tech to check it. The mechanical work was done without difficulty, but there was no note that the fob was ever looked at, and certainly the problem was not addressed. The clerk was nowhere to be found when I picked up the car.
