Be Hot Yoga is a great place for all people. They offer a wide range of classes that allow anyone to start up no matter what their experience. My wife goes to Be Hot a lot and I had always wanted to try, but having not done any yoga I thought it d be too experienced for me. Well I finally went and they helped me through everything. Not only did I get a good workout in, I actually had fun too! Keep up the good work!
