FSCJ has the staff of nightmares. I put a request to get my financial aid taken care of 8 days ago and they ignore students. I have commented over ten times and no one responds on the ticket! I walked into the school to get the situation handled and they said there was nothing they could do and to send a ticket or contact the one who is assigned the ticket. I tried to explain to them I have tried and they simply said to wait. I had this all taken care of months prior to try and avoid these terrible staff members who treat you like garbage. They say that they are trying to be better and we take these surveys but NOTHING CHANGES!
