I would have made a bad decision left to my own devices...but having Greg Sturcke and the Porchlight team saved me from that. Porchlight really strives to meet the needs of each client. And while Greg was a representation of that, he also paid a lot of attention to each detail of our house search process. When I was set on buying something that I was really stretching thin financially to pull off, Greg advised me against such a purchase. He was right. In time, a great house came along that was what I was looking for. And the process from there was seamless as Greg covered every detail. Happy to recommend such a great team.
