Jared Paletti did an EXCELLENT job subletting my apt in Battery Park. Having to relocate to LA on very short notice, Jared took the reins and completed the task with minimal input from me. Dealing with him was a complete pleasure as he overcame a few obstacles that would have thrown someone with less experience and composure. I recommend Jared without reservation and would not hesitate to use him again.
