Ever since buying a RAV4 in 2007 I've been a customer of Toyota of Seattle's Service Department. The service has always been exceptional. I appreciate their online-scheduling tool. I never have to wait more than a minute or two to check in when I arrive. The service advisers are experts I can trust. When my kids were young the lounge area was a welcoming place to hang out while we waited for the shuttle (which is GREAT) to run us back home. This week I spent a lot of time on the phone with Service Adviser Jay. He was extremely patient and helpful. Simply put - I'm a big fan!
