After regular taking the 3 day course at Humber ( which was excellent), I was rode for 3 years with a M1. Without taking any refresher course, I booked a driving test at the MTO location in Aurora in order to get my M licence. It was a very unpleasant experience. The Ministry examiner was very antagonistic and unfriendly. Plus I could not hear allot of what he was saying clearly via the earpiece and misunderstood some of his instructions. He seemed quite happy to advise me that I failed. $85.00 down the drain.
After talking with the people at the Learning Curves booth at one of the Toronto Motorcycle shows, I decided to enroll in their course- - given at the Honda facility in Richmond Hill. The instructor was Willie Urbanik.
I was very impressed with the overall teaching methods and the emphasis on safety. The instructor was very helpful and gave a lot of good PRACTICAL information about the rules of the road, riding and avoiding accidents.
The road test was comprehensive, and driving instructions were clear. I passed, and the recap was thorough and very helpful.
I would highly recommend Learning Curves to any rider looking to get their M licence.
