Been waiting for an appointment for over three mon...

Been waiting for an appointment for over three months for badly injured nose and no one answers the phone. You just get recorded message, after waiting for a long time you get cut off.
Again I am on the phone and no answer. So far it has been 26mins and still waiting. I think they stop working at 4pm or earlier.
After almost a year since my injury I got an appointment after my GP chased it up.
The doctor who saw me simply said he can't do anything for me and asked me to ask my GP to try other hospitals.
So this is what happens to residents of this country. I worked hard since I was 18yrs and paid my taxes and insurance and I am still going around with my injuries. Can't believe I am in UK.
