I attempted to order something online for a girlfriends wedding. The experience was a nightmare, their customer service is horrible. Not only did I have to wait a week to be reimbursed, because they could not process my order internationally I never heard a single "I am sorry for your inconvenience" nadda. Then finally when i was reimbursed the final amount, it was for less than what I originally paid. So when i contacted them to resolve the issue - nothing was done. So basically I paid them money for nothing.

Well done!

So instead I went on Etsy, found someone who carried a similar product and the rings were made custom within a week and shipped. I like the store, but in a recession you think they would take more care of their customers especially when they are spending $300+ on jewelry. It's all about the store experience when you are a luxury retailer.
