Jason was an amazing help. He listened to my needs as a consumer. He got my wants vs my needs and was able to find a decent balance between the two without too much compromise on my budget. He was honest, (which was highly respected), wasn t out for the sale but for the customer. Highly recommend Jason Youngblood as a salesperson.

Now as for the rest. The financing department never contacted me saying the initial financing fell through, instead ran my credit without ever contacting me. The only way I found out was from credit karma alerting me hits were happening to my score and the fact that it had been over a month and I didn t receive my memorandum title (supposed to be at my house in 7-10 business days). No call or anything mean time my other car loan (from my trade in) was telling me they needed the pay off. Got here to find out they wanted an additional amount and an additional year than agreed upon terms of original contract.

Sucked it up and moved on, 2 weeks later from that my car starts squealing and grinding. Got towed into the service center and was told it was going to be a few hours. I asked about a rental car (that I was promised upon purchase of new vehicle since it s a 2019) and all of the sudden I don t have coverage and they don t have any available cars. I now have to call off of work causing financial bothers. .
