BE HOT YOGA is the greatest thing to ever happen to me! I tried my first class the second the doctor cleared me after my 2nd kid... It has been over two years and I am still hitting 7 classes a week! The variety of classes is accommodating from early morning, all the way to night! The front desk is always so friendly and helpful! I love behot beyond words!
