We went to the Halloween party and things didn't go so well, however the manager offered to comp us a stay at Christmas time with all the kids and we accepted. Man, did they roll out the red carpet! Greeted the moment we stepped out of the car, skipped the line - shown to our incredible suite with champagne and kids treats upon arrival. The room was enormous with beautiful views of the duck pond just a few yards from the patio. The rides, decorations, skating rink, train ride, light show, etc was absolutely stunning. We've never had a more enjoyable stay with all the kids. They definitely earned a customer for life.
