I have never had an issue with Vivint since joinin...

I have never had an issue with Vivint since joining with them. My wife & I had a previous system which was fine as well but, we had a visitation from some people walking thru our neighborhood advertising Vivint. We liked the advertising & decided to try but became very sceptical as the technician was tearing the former system from the wall. But I like d the fact that he was very detailed in everything he was doing. Since being with Vivint, No disappointments, no complaints....well except 1 as of late . The phone app has the photo snap you can take from the Vivint Camera. Is it possible to make the camera movable? Frustrating that no matter which way you turn it , it appears to constantly be in the way. We have had a few mishaps once or twice as far as false alarms & 1 real alarm ...Vivints' response team was always there. Easy features to understand on both home & phone app. Gotta Love' Vivint. I rate u guys 5....but plz look into phone camera issue....plz?
