Everyone has been very polite and welcoming, not only to patients but also to visiting family. I've visited family in the ER couple of times and we've been treated very well. Once was in the morning and the other time was after midnight. After that experience, we switched our primary care from another hospital to Nebraska Medicine. I like their approach of not only healing but also educating and giving options to patients about their own health.

The design of the buildings creates an environment that is less intimidating for those like me that really dislike the feeling of being in a hospital.

I give them kudos for allocating their resources in great facilities, friendly service as most importantly making healthcare more accessible/affordable vs using that money to rebrand an Arena :-D
