We asked for the electrolux oven in our unit to be repaired with a 95 SGD service fee imposed by Electrolux.

The technician came late and told us to replace the top heating element unit of the oven as it is faulty to address the oven tripping the main circuit breaker.

However, even after the replacement, the technician still did not fix the oven tripping issue when the oven is being turned on. The technician suggested that we leave the oven to run for 1 hour to draw out any excess moisture as he has other appointments to go to. We reluctantly agreed and allowed him to leave and let the oven run for another 1 hour.

Now, the oven is still tripping the circuit breaker when being turned on and when we asked Electrolux to call in back the technician to fix the issue, they arei charging us 95 SGD service fee AGAIN in order to fix what the technician did not fix at all.

How can you charge customers for another service fee when in the first place the issue was not fixed. This is definitely a scam.

To any customer planning on calling Electrolux service, please look at other services as their technicians are clearly inept and incapable of fixing issues of their own product.

Also, when planning to buy an appliance look at other more reliable brands with a better after sale customer service!
