Even though traffic from the north kept me from my appointed time John was very accepting and helpful. I had a problem with my defroster that was precipitated by another dealership but he was more than willing to look into it and the maintenance techs were successful! I am very pleased with the Service and Hospitality of Toyota of Seattle and will travel the extra miles to continue to service my Prius there.
