Bit of a disappointment in my opinion. Soap was empty for two and a half days in two washrooms that were close to my site. Also two hand dryers didn't work and one of the sinks only ran scalding hot water. I know it's a camping experience but I'm just saying if you're going to have facilities and use that to attract customers at least have them maintained on a daily basis. I used the showers at the RV camp that is adjacent to the tent camping and noticed that their bathroom and showers are much better and fully maintained each day of my stay.
The fire pits were not cleaned out from previous campers. With the fire permit fee I figured they would be cleaned out daily as they were at other camp sites I had visited in the Rockies.

Lake Louise itself is a nice place to hike the trails and the view is great.
