You get what you pay for. The second star was for Joann because she was always nice. I have no idea what all these 5 star reviews are talking about. The layout of this company is so bad that you have your own listing agent, then your listing specialist, then a buying agent, then a closing agent, all of the documents you get are from the owner Samara but your not allowed to talk to her because she is "too high up in the company" by the time all is said and done you have no idea who to talk to so we ended up doing just about all the work ourselves. Smart Choice even put us in a situation that since they did not put proper contingencies in our contracts that we literally would have been homeless if our loan didn't go through.
Oh ya, our house appraised for 13k lower than listed and our listing specialist never could get the for sale sheets to accurately show that our house was new construction, the same sheets the appraiser looked at while making the decision.
The horrible stress we were put under will make us never want to move again. I'm glad it's over.
I wrote emails to Samara who is supposed to be in charge and didn't even get a response. I'm also not sure that anyone besides samara is even an actual realtor so it's possible you may never talk to an actual realtor. They call themselves listing agents, not realtors.
