Asked them to come and troubleshoot an issue with my aircon. They quoted a $75 fee to diagnose before coming out, and when the technicians turned up, they changed their diagnosis fee to $280 or something because they had to take the cover off the aircon unit (a 2 minute job, which they would have known about before turning up). They then proceeded to tell me what I already knew about the aircon, and did not diagnose the issue I asked about. Following that, they tried to sell me a new system, and sign me up to a ridiculously expensive subscription servicing agreement. They used pressure sales techniques, which I deplore, and were very persistent with pushing the sales. Stay away from these guys if you value your time and money. When they followed up with a 'feedback' phone call, they could not pass on my complaint, and suggested I call another number to make the complaint formal. Hopeless. Very dissatisfied.
