This company and the attorney that represents it are deceptive and preying on the uninsured. I understand trying to collect debt but this company can never provide documentation on the debt or how or when they communicated. All they do is intimidate and threaten until they get what they want. Even when the original Dr's office agreed to settle my debt for what i owed them plus interest and fees, they still refused to settle unless I payed the extorted attorney fees and fabricated court costs. All I wanted is for someone to provide me with proof of not only what I owed but proof of them communicating with me. They refused. They are deceptive and probably operating just above the law.
