I came into the dealership hesitant and fearful of an unpleasant experience based on generic car buying expectations. Those fears were quickly allayed by Nick from Certified Used and the rest of the GMC staff.
Where the service went from good to great has been in the follow-up. We experienced some minor issues with our 2016 and we were quickly accommodated by the service department and given a comparable loaner; no questions asked or fees incurred.
I highly recommend Reno GMC!!!
