They did not listen to what we wanted. Didn't even listen enough to try to make a sale. Wouldn't talk to us about what we were allowed to do on their "demo" drive. We were trying to buy a brand new car, financed, and they did not care. They ignored the few things we wanted and didn't want to make the sale, so they just wasted our time.
