I was a patient for over 15 years. Ms Locicero apparently didn't care. I was in extreme pain from AVN and unable to work or function. When it came time to work with my disability insurance, her staff screwed it up and would not correct. Later after asked, her execs declined to correct and refused to help me with my insurance.

She and her staff failed me

.you robbed me of my insurance money I paid for and I desperately needed. I lost my home because of you. You can either write me a check, or you can correct my insurance.

If you choose otherwise, I will comment here as long as I live i believe I have a few more decades left.

Even your own nurse's told me you were screwing me over. Now that's something.... isn't it????!
