Andrew was the best representative that I have had...

Andrew was the best representative that I have had in all of my 5 years that I have been getting my car serviced my City. I was thinking about switching to a different dealership due to the amount of time I had to wait to get my car serviced. Andrew was beyond helpful as soon as I got there, he asked me if I was being helped. In the past, every single rep would tell me to wait or somebody will be right with you.

Andrew someone offered to have some one take me home. Not once in the past had someone offered to take me home.

Give him a raise and/or promotion.
